What is the saving plan?

Buy your favorite jewels with the help of Mudra Invest with us for 11 months and get the 12 month from us Starting from Rs 10,000 per month or multiples of Rs. 10,000

After 1 months, Shobha Shringar Jewellers will add the 12 month bonus, which will allow you to purchase Gold, Diamond, and Polki jewelry that is equal to or greater than the amount invested; if the value of the jewelry is greater, the customer will have to pay the difference at the time of purchase. At the time of purchase, government taxes will be levied.

Duration

Mudra is valid for a period of 11 months only. The monthly subscription value

must be paid for eleven months. The installment cannot be carried forward or paid in advance.

If the amount accumulated by the end of the II month period is Rs. 1,20,000 and if the gold rate is Rs. 6000 per gram then you will be eligible for Gold Jewellery of 20 grams.

The rate of precious stones will be prevailing on the day

the jewelry is bought.

 

 

Terms and Conditions

 

1. Cash will not be refunded under any circumstance, as per Government regulations.
2. The monthly payments cannot be carried over, or paid in advance.
3. The Monthly advance payment amount is fixed.
4. The advance payment cannot be extended beyond the 11-month period. The plan will be discontinued as per terms mentioned above in the event of any default in the monthly advance payments. Hence it is essential that you pay the advance payments continuously without fail in the event of the member defaulting an advance payment during the tenure, the plan will be discontinued automatically from that month.
5. You can buy more than what is accumulated after 11 months. You need to pay for the extra amount immediately after the purchase
6. In case of change in address or loss of customer receipt book, the customer should inform the company immediately and apply for new customer receipt book with KYC details
7. The customer may appoint a nominee on submission of KYC details for both self and the nominee. The Guardian will sign and will also be the nominee in case of minors.
8. Balance advance amount, if any, will not be refunded in cash and can only be adjusted on purchase of jewelry,
9. The customer can purchase jewelry within 30 days otherwise the amount invested will be refunded without any benefits
10. GST & any other Government levies at the time of delivery for all sales transactions will be borne by the customer.
11. The customer’s signature will be verified at the time of delivery.
12. Company at its sole discretion can alter, amend, modify, add, or delete any of the terms and conditions from time to time.
13. All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai
